Jeff Hurd welcomes you aboard the Grand Oasis for the vacation of a lifetime!
Jeff hails from Colorado where he was born and raised. Jeff has a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology where he spent two years living with traditional cultures throughout the world. Before coming to the beautiful Caribbean, he held a faculty position at Colorado State University where he made documentary films for five years.
is the owner and captain of Grand Oasis and holds a 100 ton Master Mariners License. He is also a PADI certified SCUBA rescue diver and recently completed his Dive Master?s Certificate. Jeff is a private pilot and has owned several small planes to help him in his travels.
He works with a freelance chef/mate, but normally is quite involved in the galley preparing recipes that he has developed over the years chartering. His way with the BBQ is legendary and the options for ?sundowners? on the aft deck are endless.
Jeff and his crew enjoy sharing with guests an extensive knowledge of the islands and their many adventures! |
