Simon hails from Marlborough, England and holds an RYA Yacht Master Offshore with Commercial Endorsement. An experienced and incredibly competent skipper, he has chartered in Europe and most recently Central America. Simon has delivered yachts in the Mediterranean, Belize and the Caribbean. He has sailed in the waters off Malaysia, where he spent seven years of his childhood, Australia, New Zealand and England.
Simon's fun and safe outlook along with his intimate knowledge of the area, whether you
want to snorkel, water ski or simply prefer to relax and soak up the sun, ensure your Caribbean experience will be everything you hoped it to be.
Joanna is a gourmet chef, professionally trained in Australia, with extensive experience in the restaurant and catering industry. Her passion for food is evident in the creative menus designed for each individual charter, catering to every guest's personal requirements.
