Sally is passionate about cooking. Her dinner parties have been delighting friends and family for many years, and she is now enjoying transforming her talents into a professional service.
On board Felicia, you will find that she favors a modern Mediterranean and light Asian style of cooking. However, Sally herself enjoys a wide range of cuisine. She has participated in cookery courses in countries such as India and South Africa and will happily include such dishes in your menus.
Stewardess, Juliette, aged 24 from England, has had a number of shore-based jobs including working with horses and for the Civil Service in the UK. Her charm and attentiveness have impressed both guests and her colleagues and she is now a highly valued member of Felicia's team

Everyone and everything was perfect.
In brief, we had a grand time; everything was great. Tony and the crew were super hosts and hostesses and took very good care of us, trying all the time to make our trip as enjoyable as possible but in a very relaxed and unobtrusive way. Boy, was Sally's cooking superb as well - just out of this world 3 times a day.
Would I charter Felicia with Tony, Sally and crew again? Absolutely and likely will do just that someday soon.
