Clever design gives Fantasy Island more usable space than many yachts her size, allowing her to accommodate up to 10 guests in air-conditioned staterooms with four queen-sized beds and one double-sized room all with vacuum-flush bathrooms. The crew have separate accommodation and bathroom.
The salon is open and spacious and includes the galley, with serving counter, a bar and comfortable seating. You can watch a movie on the larger flat-screen TV with Bose sound system, listen to some good music, or just relax in air-conditioned comfort. There's also full-time Internet access and a phone for your convenience. At night, recessed LED lighting provides a dramatic effect.
Just aft of the salon is the cockpit area with dining tables on both sides. The cockpit has a permanent carbon-fiber bimini overhead to protect you from the sun, and the entire cockpit area can be enclosed in the event of rain. The cockpit is at deck level, so you don't need to climb in or out of it you simply walk through the aft entry opening to the deck beyond.
Each hull has wide stern steps leading down to the water for swimming or diving, with a fold-down stainless steel ladder. You can enter the dinghy easily, thanks to the design of the boarding platform, which is the same height as the dinghy's inflatable tubes. A fresh-water hot and cold shower is located at each stern platform, so you can rinse off after swimming.
Sun lovers particularly enjoy the large forward trampolines and seats built into the bow railing each side. This is a very popular spot both at anchor and under sail. Directional Bose speakers mounted on the mast can play music for your enjoyment. Due to the massive sails, there's usually some shade from the sun on one side of the boat or the other when under way.
Fantasy Island has twin engines for reliability under power, two generators to assure you of electricity whenever needed, and a large (65 gallons per hour) water maker to provide an uninterrupted water supply throughout your charter. She points higher into the wind than most cruising sailboats and sails faster, all without noticeable heel and without the fuss of a conventional sailboat. Her performance never ceases to surprise experienced charter guests (and the other boats as you pass them)!
Sonny and Anja met in Exmouth, Western Australia working together for a Dive Charter Company. Every day they dived and snorkeled the Ningaloo Reef showing the best dive spots and every little or large creature their group of guests wanted to see. Crewing as Deckhand, First Mate and Divemaster on Dive, Snorkel, Whaleshark, Humpback and Mantaray Day Charters was the start to their new ocean adventures.
Travelling Australia and moving to the East Coast gave both more opportunities on working on the water as well as getting to explore the passion of wind in your sails. For five years both sailed up and down the east coast teaching kids on a 100ft Schooner, how to sail, crewing for circumnavigators sharing amazing knowledge, becoming permanent crew aboard social racing yachts in Brisbane as well as taking guests to one of the biggest sand islands in the world for snorkel and day explorations, to Tangalooma Resort.
"The ocean is our home" both admit and after coming to the BVI for their honeymoon, Sonny and Anje knew - they will be back. Only two years later they are ready to take perfect care as your crew aboard Fantasy Island. Their stories will inspire and their hospitality indulge during your stay onboard.

Sonny and Anja were great! They were part of the group not just our hosts. We looked forward to the food as much if not more than the diving. Anja prepared nutritious gourmet meals for us. We had some of the best diving experiences that any of us had ever had and all but one of us are very experienced divers.
