Encore is one of the newest Voyage 500s available for crewed charter in the British Virgins Islands. Encore features all the latest enhancements to the Voyage 500, which has become known as the preferred charter boat throughout the Caribbean.

The large bathing platform makes access in and out of the water safe and comfortable for all water sports, with easy movement from the cockpit.

The Voyage 500 has ample headroom (7 ft) throughout and boasts a large saloon area with panoramic views that can be enjoyed when seated at the bar, whether you are enjoying a drink on anchor or while under way.

The dining / saloon area is on the same level as the hi-tech galley. From this airy and spacious area, the large double sliding doors lead you onto the cockpit. The cockpit, with a large dining table and covered bimini, is the main dining area. Side and rear screens are available for further shade if required.

Encore features four guest staterooms with Queen Size beds and fully electric en suite facilities, air conditioning and personal CD players. There is a fifth cabin and head for the crew.

Paulo is originally from Portugal and has sailed and dived all over the world from Africa to Europe, South America, and the Caribbean. Paulo is a RYA offshore yacht master, PADI OWS instructor and is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian.

Before traveling the world, Paulo was an architectural draughtsman in Portugal. Paulo and Anna met in South Africa where they worked together running a resort and dive center in Mozambique.

Anna hails from South Africa, she moved to the UK and worked as an accountant for several years, eventually returning to South Africa as a financial manager for Mweb. Anna decided to leave the corporate world and pursue a career in the hospitality industry. Anna is very social and has always entertained. Her love for cooking has grown over the years as she has honed her culinary skills.

Cape Town is renowned for its cosmopolitan cuisine and Anna has developed her menu to combine her sophisticated recipes with the local, fresh ingredients found in the Caribbean giving her menu an elegant and eclectic style.

Encore was always clean and extremely well cared for by the crew. The air conditioning was wonderful to have at night and one of the main reasons that we chose Encore.

Anna's creations were absolutely delicious and her presentations had a wonderful creative flare which made the mouth watering treats that much more desirable. She had a wonderful variety of main dishes and the tuna was simply outstanding and her decadent chocolate deserts were to die for!
